Gaurav Uppal is the Founder of Care Bridge Trust, an IT professional and social entrepreneur from Ghaziabad who blends technical innovation with humanitarian impact. An expert in advanced cloud infrastructure and enterprise technologies—including AWS and Azure—Gaurav has a proven track record of driving major, high-stakes projects for leading multinational companies apart from that has delivered more than 100 of corporate training’s across the globe to many big IT companies on various technical domains.
At Care Bridge Trust, he leads core initiatives in healthcare and education. By leveraging his deep technical expertise, digital outreach strategies, and strategic donor partnerships, Gaurav focuses on scaling the organization’s reach to deliver measurable, sustainable change to underserved communities.
Renu Uppal serves as the Treasurer of Care Bridge Trust, combining technical expertise with a meticulous approach to financial stewardship. A postgraduate with an M.Sc. in IT, she previously channeled her technical background into education, serving as a dedicated computer teacher.
At the trust, Renu seamlessly bridges her technical skills and organizational care to manage the NGO’s finances. Her structured approach ensures transparency, accountability, and the optimal use of resources to support the organization’s core missions.
Ashit Desai, residing in Ramprastha Colony, Ghaziabad, is a Founder Member and the General Secretary of Care Bridge Trust. For the past four years, he has dedicated himself to the vital mission of advancing women's health, with a specific, unwavering focus on cancer awareness and support.
As General Secretary, Ashit combines his organizational leadership with a deep personal commitment to championing health initiatives. He works tirelessly on the ground to expand the trust's reach, ensuring that critical care, early detection resources, and medical guidance are accessible to women in need.
Shilpi Goel is the Vice President of Care Bridge Trust, combining technical acumen with a deep commitment to social welfare. A postgraduate in Computer Science, she spent a major part of her career in the corporate sector with companies like iYogi and HCL before dedicating herself to uplifting the underprivileged.
At the trust, Shilpi manages vital operations, including events, donations, and hiring. Leveraging her background, she also works on the ground to drive literacy and equip marginalized individuals with essential computer skills.
Shuchit Handoo is a Trustee of Care Bridge Trust, blending extensive corporate expertise with a deeply personal humanitarian mission. He is the owner and proprietor of Shuchit Infotek, a technology-driven company that designs and develops websites and platforms, while providing specialized digital marketing for schools, colleges, hospitals, and corporate clients.
A call center setup expert and veteran Head of Customer Success and Service, Shuchit holds a B.Tech in Computer Science, an MBA in International Business and Marketing, and certifications as a CCNA and Six Sigma Black Belt.
As a Kashmiri Pandit, Shuchit witnessed the hardships of migration first-hand, including tragic losses due to a lack of basic, affordable medical care. This lived experience drives his commitment at Care Bridge Trust, where he leverages his technological and operational expertise to maximize resources and deliver critical aid to as many people as possible.
Gurpreet Singh Rummy is the founder of Khalsa Help International. Khalsa Help International’s journey started on 25th March 2020. Our Founder came up with the idea of oxygen langar when the whole nation was struggling with the oxygen crisis, which saved around 10k-12k lives and later became a global phenomenon. He is a very great man, who has supported many people after the Covid situation. Even during the lockdown when the situation was so bad at that time it also helped many patients with wheels on oxygen and gave rations to many poor and needy people. Khalsa Help International is a non-profit organization that helps the unfortunate. The founder of Khalsa Help was also awarded the First International Mahan Gurmat Samagam and Samaan Smaroh where 21 International and National Sikh personalities were honored and this took place on 2nd February 2022. He came up with many new policies and programs to help Covid patients and others who need help at that very moment. He in addition to serving humanity has also been Spending his Precious time in Sewa for any Gurudwara Sahib needing help. He helped in the construction of Lanter for the Gurudwara.
